We use cookies to collect anonymized web traffic on our site. We also store all information you’ve given us about yourself and your servers, jobs and schedules on our secure servers and as secure as possible.

What do we do with your data?

Your data belongs to you and we do not sell or lend any part of your data to any third party. This excludes legal obligations to government bodies in various jurisdictions

What happens to your data when you leave Cloud 66?

We delete everything we have on our servers about you, your servers and your apps permanently. We might hold on to your name and email address so we can contact you later

Cloud 66 (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy (together with Terms and Conditions and any other documents referred to on it) is intended to describe our practices regarding information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or household (collectively “Personal Data.”) that we collect from you, or that you provide to us at www.cloud66.com (the “Site”).

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding Personal Data about you and how we will treat it.

We collect certain basic information when you visit the Site and recognize the importance of keeping that information secure and letting you know what we will do with it.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (“GDPR”), the data controller is Cloud 66, Inc.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the Site. If you leave the Site via a link or otherwise, you will be subject to the policy of that website provider. We have no control over third party privacy practices or the terms of such websites and you should check the applicable privacy policy before continuing to access such websites.

Information We May Collect From You

We may collect and process the following information, identifiers and/or professional information about you that may, alone or in combination with other data, constitute Personal Data:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the site, subscribing to our service or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the Site.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.

We may collect internet activity information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating workspace and browser type, for workspace administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers.

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and may, alone or in combination with other data, constitute Personal Data. We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.

They help us to improve the Site and to deliver a better and more personalized service. They enable us:

  • To estimate our audience size and usage pattern.
  • To store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customize our site according to your individual interests.
  • To speed up your searches.
  • To recognize you when you return to our site.

California Privacy Rights

(a) Introduction

(b) Requests to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose:

  • Our business or commercial purpose for selling or collecting Personal Data;

Delivery may take place electronically or by mail. We are not required to respond to requests relating to Personal Data more than twice in a 12-month period.

(c) Requests to Delete

With certain exceptions, you have the right to request that we delete any Personal Data we have collected about you. Upon receiving a verified request to delete Personal Data about you, we will do so unless otherwise authorized by law.

(d) Verifiable Requests

We will acknowledge the receipt of requests to know or requests to delete Personal Data free of charge, within ten (10) business days.

In order to protect your privacy and the security of Personal Data, we may verify your request by asking you to provide additional Personal Data for us to verify your identity.

We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receipt, provided that we have been able to successfully verify your identity.

(e) Sale of Personal Data

In the last 12 months, we have not sold Personal Data collected in and through the Site. Consequently, we do not have an opt-out functionality on the Site.

(f) The Right to Non-Discrimination

You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your California privacy rights.

(g) Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide an authorized agent written permission to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us.

Alternatively, an authorized agent that has been provided power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000-4465 may submit a request on your behalf. Retention of Personal Data

We will only retain Personal Data about you for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes Personal Data was collected for, including the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of Personal Data, the purposes for which we process Personal Data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements.

The legal bases for our processing of Personal Data about you are as follows:

  • Contract: When you purchase a product from us, we collect Personal Data about that is necessary for completing that transaction and delivering the products to you;
  • Consent: We obtain your consent to collect Personal Data for distinct purposes such as receiving marketing communications from us. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Legitimate Interest: We have a legitimate interest to collect Personal Data about you for certain purposes such as data analytics and the protection and administration of the Site so that we can

Do Not Track (‘DNT’) Settings

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn’t an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don’t respond to them at this time.
